Are OLEVS watches waterproof?
Most OLEVS watches feature a 30M (3ATM) water resistance rating, making them suitable for everyday splashes and rain. However, they are not designed for swimming, diving, or hot showers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every OLEVS watch comes with a 1-year international manufacturer's warranty covering movement defects. This does not cover wear and tear, battery life, or accidental damage to the glass and strap.
How do I adjust the metal strap to fit my wrist?
Most of our stainless steel watches include a free link removal tool. You can easily adjust the strap size at home by following the instruction manual included in your watch box.
